Connection Issue

Hello,

I am currently unable to connect to the game here is my problem:

- I block between the login page game account and character selection page.
- My character is always connect game for my friends while my PC is off.

So I guess for the server I'm always connected.

I tried to reboot my internet connection and reboot my PC but nothing happens

As for your second line, it sounds like you're saying you let your friends play the game on your account. Please know that Account Sharing is against the ToS. If you are unable to login, you might be banned and it could be either due to account sharing, or because as you stated, you're always connected, they might think you're botting. See Terms of Service Here. Press CTRL+F and type "Sharing Game Account" (without the quotes) and it will bring you right to the spot I mentioned.

That leaves you with these steps:

1. If you are currently account sharing, can your friend(s) still login?
2. If not, check your email and look for anything saying you were banned.
3. If you were banned, please visit https://help.elderscrollsonline.com/ and select "Email" and choose "Account/Billing" and choose "I would like to appeal a suspension/ban."
4. If there is no email, choose "Technical Support" instead of "Account/Billing" and select "I am having trouble logging in to the game".
