If she isn't painting her nails she may take a swing and take agro. Once she has Agro she warms up a bit while getting her hair done, but she "should" pop the dop now and then.
Took me about 12 minutes to finish that part of the quest in mid 30's after a few deaths trying to figure it out. However I have the advantage of Templar heal, so make sure obviously you have some good healing pots
G'luck, I know its stressful!
This will happen thru the rest of your story quests. Just plan on solo'ing everything.
First Devs don't answer, so best addressing the Mods and asking them to send to the Devs, not even sure any of the Devs read the forums, it might be all relayed via the Mods.Hey all Hey, Devs
I've noticed recently that any time I do the Main Quest and I either have to take Lyris or choose to take Lyris with me, she either very rarely or never fights at all.

This. I just did a V5 story quest in Rift last night where you have three followers and you go into a Barrow to take on a GIANT group of enemy NPCs (at least 10). At V5, fighting 2 or 3 people is hard. YEP, the three followers barely swung a weapon. I had to kite kill literally everything. Was incredibly annoying.

Another broken mechanic.

I've been healed by a healing NPC before. I don't think they fight anything though and you can't rely on them healing at the moment you actually need. It did provide help to my own healing though. Your call if you want to take the chance.
