Manage Subscription still not avialable

Sorry for the double post on this issue.
I've started a newer thread with a screen shot of my account
showing I don't have the "Manage Subscription" option.
So far I've found a few other people who have had the same issue.
All of us purchased the "Early Access Digital Imperial Edition".
