Could be an overheating problem... How old is your PC and how long has it been since you blew the dust out of the fans on the GPU / CPU and PSU ?

I have to de-dust them with a compressed air can every three months as I have long haired cats running around... Every three months I get enough dust and hair out of the fans to make a 4th kitty :)
The statement "if you put enough monkeys behind enough typewriters... sooner or later one will produce the works of Shakespeare" has sadly been proven utterly wrong by the internet...

once every 3 hrs i am completely crashed from eso. it takes out my internet, my computer, motem, everything.
1st i see a black screen and then within 10 seconds all crashes including internet.
very frustrating and im concerened this will eventually cause harm to motherboard or another component.
please fix this zenimax as i do not know a solution to deter this or stop it from happening.
i know it is only from eso because it never happens anywhere else on use of pc or on internet use.

I can 100% guarantee mate its not Zenimax or the client doing it. You have an issue with your PC when its under load. You need to provide a lot more info in regards to your system for support to help you as well.

Do you run any other games ? You could try running a benchmark program at full load and see if it crashed too... It could be a dud GPU... if the PC is brand new, it'll show it's hardware faults in the first 3 months... better to get it checked out while it's still in warranty. I mean, noone on the site has reported a problem like this, so if it was ESO causing it there would have been alot of threads on this very subject on the forum...

If you have an external modem or router, it is not physically possible for the game to crash it. It sounds more like a power problem. If for some reason you have low voltage on that power circuit, you could get a "brown-out" which is where the voltage drops low enough to make your PC and external devices trip out.
The easiest way to check this is to flip your circuit breakers until you find the one your PC is on. Then run a lead from a socket in the house that is on a different circuit. If you no longer get the drop-outs, you may have a faulty circuit in your house, or it is overloaded. Either of these conditions is dangerous and needs to be checked out ASAP by an electrician.

wont matter if new when the parts are not good to keep everything cool.
You need to see what the temps are for your system.
If it taking out modem and ISP then it has to do with your network.

Not the game causing that. There is a bigger issue at play. As others have suggested, check with your ISP, and also make sure you have it in a well ventilated area. If you build it yourself, make sure you don't have cables blocking the fans. Also, use a program such as Razer Game Booster. Runs in the background to help customize your PC settings and minimize interference from other programs while playing a game.

They did nothing, but you won't ever believe that so we'll leave it at that. Glad you're running without a problem at the moment.

Definitely sounds like an issue other than ESO. Never had anything like this happen to me in past or present. I can say my cpu fan burnt out yesterday and had to replace but it was 2 years old anyway. Have had some crashing issues but nothing relevant to your problem.
