Yeah, because the bat swarm abuse bug is TOTALLY all from complainers complaining.
If only they allowed more bug using and no fixing!

Why is everybody complaining about DK vampires while sorcerers can drop the ult cost to 0?
Sure DK vampires are broken too but nowhere near free ulti.

edit you said lowest. 28+20+15+3 =66% reduction on a Emp Sorc with reduction gear. So about 68 for Ulti

Yes no doubt you'd be #1 ranked Emperor on your campaign but for those DK Vamps.

Yep u NEVER EVER EVER nerf anything in pvp cause then its a never ending nerf train. PVP is 100% perfectly balanced the way it is... and yes i mean that this game has 0 balance issues with pvp. I played pvp in beta and have continued to now that the game is out THERE IS NOTHING wrong with vampires. People are just too stupid to understand that when 40 of them run into bat range its over. Ps4 is going to better for ESO. No bots because it is super hard to get bots on console. Also a ban on console means you have to spend another 400 dollars instead of 20-60 USD because your system gets banned, haha.More immersion as well on console with a headset plugged in while being able lay down on a couch with a 70 to 80 inch Tv. Ps4 will run ESO better than a 900 to 1000 dollar pc and only costs 400 and again consoles have built in party chats and inGame chat. pc is falling behind and you have to download crap like TS and so forth just to chat on pc. Of course a expensive Pc is more powerful than any console but the price range is so much it is often a ripoff. Pcs run stuff in the background a lot as well and slows its performance. console were invented for gaming and pc was not. Between that and the so many custom options /type of pc s you can buy is why they are way overpriced. Pcs are weak machines at the end of the day for how much you pay for it. You pay for brand names and egos not quality. Sony on the other hand is one of the best companies on earth. No offense, but gotta say it like it is: Either you do not understand what the word balance means, or you have no clue about how a PvP should work.
My advice to you is go back to playing single player games, where you can be uber and roflpwn the whole world.
And just because your vamp dies at range, does not mean other vamps who know how to exploit the broken mechanics in the game dies at range, because they do not. They are perma swarmed/misted, cannot target them at all.
It does not matter if there would have been a million ways to counter vamps as they are now, the thing is that when a thing like this is even possible in a MMO game, its beyond broken, and it is so far from balanced it can come!
This sadly has to be the single biggest balance FAIL in any MMO to date! How this was not stopped in beta, is unbelievable. They should known that if a skill/class etc in a MMO can be exploited, IT WILL BE EXPLOITED!
They were warned in beta, but did not listen, and pushed the game out the door in a broken/unfinished state. And it has been weeks since release, and it has still not been fixed! Now, sadly the game is suffering, and Zenimax is losing reputation and customers on a daily bases. And for me, coming from way back in daoc, this is sad to see, because the game has great potential. But if they lose enough customers, and the bad rep on the internet gets bad enough, the game will forced to become F2P (with micro transactions), and from there its down hill. It will become a dying game and swarmed with bots / multi-account setups / people behaving badly. In other words; a dead game.
