Unable to Download Manifest

Hola!
So, I played ESo earlier, but took a break, and when I were to return the launcher is really acting out on me. It takes a few minutes to load, and when it does, it is in some midstage patch or something, it asks me to repair, I hit repair, but nothing happens. Says I need to try again later.

Error code 210 is given, I am unsure what to do here..

I have not encountered this before. HELP IS NEEDED!

I'm getting the same thing. It asks me what i was doing and to submit an error code. The game doesn't even launch from the launcher. I've tried uninstalling and re downloading and installing but it doesn't work.

Hey Elduith, I just repaired the launcher and was able to get the game going.

Try this and see if it works... uninstall the game from your computer, go to the ESO website and into your account and re download the game. If you encounter an issue, try to repair the client again. good luck!

I had to uninstall, re-download, repair the client and let it re download all the patches and now it works.

I think it is solved, friend! The internet at my area had been down, some of it, so that might have been it. It is active again today, but I did delete ESO last night, so now I got to download it again! :P Thanks so much!
