Pixely Screen

At least once every time I play the screen goes all pixely (I've attached a picture to show what I mean). It is often so bad that I can't even play and sometimes it happens when I'm in a fight which makes me lose. Sometimes I can get rid of it by just exiting then restarting the game but sometimes that doesn't work so I have to just quit playing for the day. Today its happening every 30 seconds or less so I don't know what to do. Could this be a problem on my end or is it a problem with the game?

On your end I am afraid. First I would try updating your graphics drivers. Beyond that, I would look for an overheating graphics card (specifically the ram). Also try re-seating the graphics card if possible and clean out the dust in there.

Im 90% sure that your graphic card is overheating, even if its a weird side effect which i havent seen before.
Restart your game or stop playing for a while, then go into settings and put sub sampling on low. Your game will look like crap but still better than this.

As far as I'm aware graphic artifacts don't show up in screenshots(Actual Photos do) I could be wrong. If I had to guess its a driver issue. Run the game consultant or dxdiag in run if you know what that is and upload it here. This can also happen by forcing things through drivers. Try setting all your driver settings to default if that doesn't help post your dxdiag and download HWMonitor and tell us your temp for your graphics card, but again I'm 90% sure its driver related. Forgot to ask, but does this happen to your desktop or only while your gaming and is it only this game if so.

    It only happens with ESO.

Alright then I'm still going with driver issues. Try resetting all settings to default in nvidia control panel and see what happens. Make sure everything is set to application setting especially anisotropic filtering.

You can also try and delete the cooked shader file from your ESO folder.
    That file can get corrupted.

The game will rebuild it from scratch when you restart it ...
