It's over 3 weeks now but my missing bank slots have not been resolved.

The missing bank slots 'sticky' post seems to be gone from here but I've not had incident 140411-081860 resolved yet. That one is over 3 weeks old. In addition I've not had any email replies to ingame bug and gold seller reports since April 18th. I'm pretty sure my email address is still working as I received a "Login From Unknown IP Adresss" email on April 25th.

    Did you reply to your support email? or make a new one since they posted the sticky telling everyone to submit their ticket again?

    I made a new one when I saw the sticky telling us to do so. They reimbursed me generously with enough gold to buy back my bank slots and then some within 24 hours of my reissuing my ticket.

    I was very specific in the ticket about a character name, my account name, exactly how much gold I had spent in buying and rebuying my slots. Not sure if that is what expidited the process or not - but try it.

    Yes I'd replied to to the original email they sent back with as much detail as I could remember. I thought the 'sticky' post when it was up said that they would be going back through those incidents. I may have misread the sticky post so I'll try creating a new ticket.

    Reply to your existing ticket if you still have any reply from them. Have found they helpful and seems like they recently been allowed to do more than when the issue initially started.

    took them about 3 weeks to fix my deleted item issue...too bad I called their tech dept and had it fixed in a few minutes...so now I have double monkeys, pets scrolls.

    Type /help and log a new ticket. (not a bug report, they don't reply to those).

    Thanks for all the suggestions. I did create a new ticket, referenced my old one and they got back to me in less than a day. They refunded the cost of the bank slots, because I needed the space, I had re-bought the slots. So at this point I'm satisfied with the outcome.
