ZOS: What is the official escalation path (CS is not working)?

My attempts to make progress on a blocking issue have gone nowhere using the Customer Support channel.

Escalation through that channel has not worked either - CS tell me that they will escalate and then nothing happens; I nudge them a bit more and I'm back to where I started with another CS agent.

So how should I escalate and how do I track progress of my issue?

    10 Customer writes a ticket
    20 CS replies to it with an answer from the FAQ
    30 Customer updates the ticket
    40 CS reads the ticket and finds the most appropriate answer from the FAQ
    50 Customer updates the ticket, slightly upset
    60 CS replies, we will escalate this, helping you is our passion
    70 CS replies, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with our game, we will look into this as soon as possible
    80 Customer updates the ticket, hopeful feeling
    90 CS No reply
    100 Customer updates the ticket, upset and feeling ignored
    110 GOTO 20

    There's a bug at line 40 - I think it should read:

    40 CS reads the ticket and sends a random answer from the FAQ

    (although I wonder whether the word "reads" should be included)

    There's another step - CS replies with blank ticket or pastes in the wrong thing.

    The programmer in me froths itself into a nice rage at the thought of using GOTO. The rest of me doesn't care.

    I wish I could agree and LOL to both posts, though.

    I had a ticket escalated on 11th this month, never heard from them ever since.

    FWIW I've started putting a bunch of ZOS people (1stName.FamilyName@zenimaxonline.com) on copy of my CS emails just to try and raise visibility of the situation.
