Hello Zenimax,
we just unsubscribed one of our accounts, (gf doesn't have as much patience as I do).
You should get your web guys to add a small survey to why customers unsubscribe, how else will you know, and be able to act accordingly?
Pretty sure your anti churn guys requires this information as well.
Edit: Sorry, maybe the title was unclear, I'm talking about our account page, when you click unsubscribe, it should open a small web survey.
