As the EU server is down again I thought I'd d/l the NA client so I can still play during further outages.
Weirdly, even though I have downloaded over 6GB of a 22.6GB file the status bar is only showing 6% complete ...... should be more like 27% no?
makes no sense to me!
Also are guild banks still disabled as I have items in the bank but cannot withdraw them or do I need to earn permissions?

inchdixprb19_ESO✭✭✭Thanks. I also read you could simply change the name of the existing folder by deleting or adding the EU. Either way, like a fool I have started now and until the EU server is back up I may as well let it run its course.0
