So I'm going against the tide here I guess, but I cancelled my subscription earlier and have decided that maybe I was overly hasty to cancel and wanted to set up a subscription to the game again. However every time I try to review my payment method and confirm payment details the account page just hangs and never brings anything up to allow me to actually enter any details let alone confirm payment details.
After trying a few times I now get a page simply stating that an error has occurred. Are there known issues with the account page at present, has anyone else had such issues?
I have to say part of the reason why I cancelled in the first place was because it felt to me that the game just wasn't ready to be released and with the last 6 patches being almost exclusively quest fixes in the last month it made me feel that I really am playing a game that needs more time to get itself sorted out. I didn't feel the game was a 'bad game' but certainly a game that wasn't entirely ready to be released. So after cancelling and deciding I might try it out for another month I run into this problem
Customer support are telling me it's my browser but changing browsers does nothing to alleviate the issue and with IE I get the following message ( I normally use Firefox or Chrome )

•Make sure the web address ( removed address in case it pointed to me payment details ) is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.
Can someone help at all?
