Unable to set up a subscription

So I'm going against the tide here I guess, but I cancelled my subscription earlier and have decided that maybe I was overly hasty to cancel and wanted to set up a subscription to the game again. However every time I try to review my payment method and confirm payment details the account page just hangs and never brings anything up to allow me to actually enter any details let alone confirm payment details.

After trying a few times I now get a page simply stating that an error has occurred. Are there known issues with the account page at present, has anyone else had such issues?

I have to say part of the reason why I cancelled in the first place was because it felt to me that the game just wasn't ready to be released and with the last 6 patches being almost exclusively quest fixes in the last month it made me feel that I really am playing a game that needs more time to get itself sorted out. I didn't feel the game was a 'bad game' but certainly a game that wasn't entirely ready to be released. So after cancelling and deciding I might try it out for another month I run into this problem :neutral_face:

Customer support are telling me it's my browser but changing browsers does nothing to alleviate the issue and with IE I get the following message ( I normally use Firefox or Chrome )
This page can’t be displayed

•Make sure the web address ( removed address in case it pointed to me payment details ) is correct.
•Look for the page with your search engine.
•Refresh the page in a few minutes.

Can someone help at all?

    Are you saying you enter a URL (or click a bookmark) and your browser just sits there and never connects?

    What is the URL?

    I just logged into the account system just fine so that isn't the problem, however just today ZOS have put up a "you must accept this new Term of Service" page which I suppose may be something to do with it.

    From your description it seems to be an internet routing problem or a DNS resolution problem, it'll need some poking about to narrow it down.

    Thank you, but it appears to be fixed now.

    For whatever reason I could get to the account page, choose a subscription option and confirm billing address. But when I checked my payment method and went to confirm and process order nothing further would happen. It would not bring up previous payment details to confirm or even options to enter in card details.

    However it does appear to be fixed now. Thanks

    Having the same issue at the moment, not sure if it's just temporary, but after 4 times, still nothing. Just comes up with a broken page symbol.

    just tested with firefox worked perfectly tho i just changed my sub from 6 months to 3 month one...
