0 XP FROM KILLS AT MY LVL

WHATS THE DEAL WITH EARNING NO XP FROM KILLS

@ v1 in stone falls im no longer getting any xp when i kill something ...

ive tried logging ....

ive used /camp

logged into other toons

and im being awarded 0 xp for every kill

What lvl are you?
If you are 5 lvls or higher (think its 5) you do not get any exp from the mobs.

you counting VP from V1, i noticed this to when i had maxxed skills on the bars

You get very little VP from killing mobs in Vet Ranks. You should be getting more than 0 though.

Like the others before said. Once you reach Veteran Rank 1 you level from Veteran XP and not from standard XP as you did before.
Usually its 42 / 84 or so XP per mob. You should level with quests as soon as you reach Veteran Ranks because XP from mobs is really low.

@karldavy149b16_ESO working as inteneded. Only way to get VR exp is to do quests, kill players in PvP and other PvP objectives. You should read the in game mail you get when you ding 50.

You also get XP from mobs, its just a tiny amount. But you can actually grind yourself from Vr1 to VR10 if you choose so. The draughts or whatever they are named (animal bug) in Stonefalls for example gives ~450xp per kill. But when you need 2-4 million to level it does take time.

Please clarify what level you are, what level you kill.

And be sure to actually check the XP bar and not some addon.

You have to do quests for Exp in Veteran ranks, Monsters don't give enough EXP to even mention most kills will give you between 10-42 exp. You have 500k exp till your level Get questing.

I already said what the problem is... he is clearly just coming from level 50- content and is used to getting 100-300 exp per kill...

Silly Veterans, you should read your mail.
You can't grind your way through Veteran ranks.
The mail you recieve clearly states you are supposed to do quests and PvP.
So you better get to it unless you want to be grinding for 3 months.

didnt read original post did you ... i said zero not small amount ive been veteran for a few days i know im getting barely any but currently getting none regardless of what i kill

thats my issue pre patch was getting the amount u named here ... it pissed me off but bah no biggy ...

but today ive been getting zero xp for anything ive killed named world bosses etc etc delves it just dont matter i get 0 unless its for a quest turn in i know its only 42 xp per kill, on an average day ill kill a few thousand adds easy and then the xp loss starts to adds up

Just ran Vaults of Madness with group. I am level 48. Dungeon suposed to be 48-50. I got 0 exp from dugeon. No mobs, no bosses gave any exp. Quest was unavailable due to some strange bug.
