several languages -its just way too messy!

everything is very messy here..
since I'm 'english speaking' i want to see english patch notes and english server status when i click links named 'patch notes' and 'server status', i don't want to have to search for the english version of them -or sit and wait for the english versions to be posted because the germans were bit faster or the french got first
also if you insist on having it this messy mind at least have the same individual posting the english server messages? since then at least i can look for their name to see what i should be reading -.-
also i doubt very much that many people care why the server is offline in the initial stage -at least the days reserved for maintenance, so wouldn't a simple 'green light' be good to have just beside the 'server status' link/title in categories? like if its online its green and if not red? then if you wanna know why you click the link and read -pref. only in chosen language…?
just some thoughts and if you're one to agree with me please comment or like or whatever you can do to make it a sticky so that hopefully the creators or whomever that can help make it so does something
ok I'm now trying to get this posted but apparently I'm not allowed to post it in about 1/3 of the categories -how about not showing the categories that i can't post in? i meen common! why can i even choose categories in the scroll down menu that i can't post this in!??
