Recipes no longer dropping in loot boxes.

I've been trying to farm the epic recipes for provisioning and the other days recipes stopped appearing for me all together. Ive tried disabling my UI and also messing around with my settings and nothing has worked.

Please help!!

AS far as I was concerned the only thing I was getting the last weeks was Green Recipes.
Sometimes I would loot the same Recipe three times in the same house. It was annoying.
I'm sorry you are not finding any and I too would like to keep finding Blue and Purple, but not the same Green over and over again.
ZoS did say in the patch notes that they were making the discovery of recipes harder.

I literally have not find a single recipe out of chests in a couple days, there was a time I found them non-stop and in large amounts.

Im still lvling, but I get plenty of green and blue recipes atleast

Unfortunately, this was their answer to the people farming trunks/dressers/cabinets, usually legitimate players, who were constantly logging in and out to loot motifs and rare recipes. Now we all get to suffer the consequences due to yet another poor choice by ZOS on how to combat monopolies in the 'market'.

All this will do is spike the prices even higher on these items, as well as significantly reduce the chances for questers to happen upon a rare recipe/motif, which occurred often enough to be normal before the change. Now you'll only see the same recipe looted roughly thirty times before getting something of value.

What I don't get is why they needed to nerf racial items dropping from the same loot tables. We have enough gold sinks in the game currently, there was nothing wrong with having an abundance of the racial mats for crafting. I used to pull in 15-20 of the various types by just questing in zones, now i'm lucky if I get 5-10 from both decon and looting.

Their answer is to take away recipes all together from people? That doesnt seem like a legitimate strategy to me only because it takes SO DAMN LONG to find one singular epic provisioning recipe what do they expect people to do?

I agree, it's a band-aid fix to something that needs real adjustment to make the field more even for everyone. Provisioning is, according to their own discussion about the craft before and after launch, supposed to be the easiest to level yet it has the hardest curve to learn recipes and make quality products for.

Even Enchanting has bigger gains when factoring in time spent than Provisioning, due to the drop rate changes.

30 days? To fix a loot dropping bug is a gross amount of time to have to wait.

Chiming in on this - I've vendored many many dozens of blue recipes, as I didn't want to bother with /zonechat spam to sell - figuring that I would be able to find them again when I levelled my provisioner. I am in Vet EP now, and have searched every area up to and including Shadowfen...not a single blue drop to be found...but approx 50 green friggin' sweetroll recipes. This had better be a temporary reactionary/knee-jerk fix, as it has swung everything way too far in the other direction. It would also be nice to believe that maybe someday - I will ever find a motif or decent crafting ingredient again. Cloud Mist is still around, but I haven't seen Copper or Argentium once since the patch

I haven't really noticed before I saw it mentioned here, but I do seem to get way less green recipes now, which of course means less recipes overall. Often I had to just leave them in containers because my inventory was getting filled up. Not unusual to have 10-ish recipes in inventory after a good questing run. I'm now in Alik'r with my NB, and I can't recall finding even one recipe there.
