When will Provisioning Container Loot Bug be added to known issues!?

You know what I'm talkin' bout!
VR content drops the level 1 provi mats for whatever local area you're in, IE Plump Maggots(level 2 Pact food item) in Deshaan (VR zone #2 for Dominion). Stonefalls dropped level 1 foodstuffs.
To put it in context, You can loot no appropriate materials for food or drink once you leave ColdHarbor, other than, of course, special items/Produce items, which go into the making of Blue and Purple recipes of ALL levels.
This basically makes the 15+ Skill points in Provisioning useless in the Vet Ranks. Sure, you can go back to CHarbor and farm, but level 45 and 50 food doesn't really hold up as you get deeper in the Vet Ranks.
Besides, this would certainly be on everyone's radar if only Iron Ore was spawning in Vet zones, now wouldn't it? Or the lowest level cloth or wood, etc.
Gimme a free respec or fix this bug, please! Other cooks ingame have confessed that they've been putting in tickets for weeks!
