"Fixed an issue that caused some Nightblade abilities to become unresponsive when you were engaged in combat with a large number of enemies." This happens to Templars as well. I've encountered this on numerous occasions. When it happens I also lose the ability to run. Logging out and back in again gets rid of the bug.
