Launcher/Patcher Won't Update to Newest Patch

Hi, I can't get into the game because the launcher/patcher isn't recognizing that there's an update it needs to download and apply, and so when I click Play in it and the game loads and I try to sign in, I get an error message. The error message says:
"[ENG] INVALID CLIENT
[eng] You've attempted to use an invalid or out-dated client. Please exit and update your client using the patcher."
But, as I've said, the patcher won't update anything. I tried switching the megaserver, which didn't do anything. But just now, I tried changing the language to German, and it seems that doing that and starting the repair function, and then stopping it and switching back to English, has led to it redownloading the entire game file. All 25 gigs.
Anyway, I wish there was a way that I could have accessed the download for the launcher, to try to just repair it, but the Account page of this website is currently broken, and so there was no way to get to the download link. Also, I wish it would have just worked, by downloading the patch properly in the first place. I guess I'm stuck waiting for the 25 gigs to download (it just snuck past 1%), but I was wondering if there were any other options that you, customer support (shouldn't you be called tech support, not customer support? I don't need support, the software does.) could think of.
