-Take wine to an alchemist in riften
Problem is that the location that this quest leads to is the mages guild in Riften but there are no alchemist to interact with. Does the quest tracker just lead me to the wrong place or is the npc bugged?

The map marker leads to the wrong place, it was supposedly fixed in patch 0.181. You should (I believe) to go to the alchemy shop but the alchemy vendor Darva (?) is no where to be found.1

Bangstin✭✭✭Yeah, for some reason my quest marker lead to the alchemist table in the mages guild in Riften , after some wandering around i was able to find the corrent npc. Strange that it shows the correct location to some people and not to others.
Maybe it is bugged depending if you take a taste of the strange brew yourself or not?
Anyways, got the quest off my log and completed. Thanks for the help!0 -

Belrim✭✭✭Was this the quest, where you went into a dungeon to get the wine? If so, i just drank and drank the wine in the dungeon till i passed out, and woke up in Riften. Some funny comments after the quest was done in that manner..
Early bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.2 -

JessieColt✭✭✭✭I got it from the dungeon too. Which sucked for me, because I did it before I killed the boss. So I had to go all the way back and run the dungeon again. lol0 -
JaqqSoul ShrivenHey guys, bumping this thread with a resolution. The quest marker is inaccurate, but the quest is active and can be completed.
The NPC you're looking for is Darva, and you can locate her at a shop called "Scent Of Serenity". It's a door on the bottom part of the dock. I've attached a screenshot of the map.

Nyxx✭✭✭I just abandoned the quest, went back to the dungeon and drank the wine instead. Your character passes out and wakes up next to the NPC. That's another fix for the time being.The Psijic Order1 -
permeusb16_ESOSoul Shriveni can confirm that this is still bugged its still sending you to the mages guild and i believe we are on patch 1.08 (its the 18th of may 2014) so, so much for it been fix as of patch 0.181. (as a prior poster said)1
