Bug - Wisdom of the Ages - Cannot burn sap vats

Hello,

I have contacted customer support and they told me to, well, just write here what my problem is.
I am doing the quest Wisdom of the Ages and am at the step where I must collect infused wood and overheat the sap vats. I can interacts with one of the vats and then I can no longer overheat the other ones.
I've already tried /reloadui, /stuck, leaving the area and coming back, logging out for more than 15 minutes, and abandoning and retaking the quest. Nothing seems to work, no matter what phase I am, if I am grouped or not.

I was hoping someone could help out...

I didn't want this thread to fall down the list, so I am bumping it for you.

I did not have a problem with this when I went through today, I remember doing the sap vats, but I cannot recall if the quest it was for is called 'Wisdom of the Ages' as that quest was to give amulets to NPC's and then correctly assign the totems at the top of the building in the very south west of Cold Harbor.

Can you please confirm again for me if the sap vats are before or after the steps that I mentioned.

Ok, I can confirm that the sap vats is after the amulets and totems.

are you able to pick up the wood again? have you tried destroying the wood in your inventory and seeing if it allows you to pick up another. The only reason that the sap vats would become none interact-able would be if the wood has bugged out i would assume.

Also you can abandon the quest and pick it up again, see if that helps. I know it has helped me on more than a couple of occasions.

Ok, edited my reply above, Hope that it helps. I know the servers are down atm, but give it a try. I hope that one of the @moderator can get onto this for you if it doesn't, nothing worse than being 5 weeks into a game and unable to progress this close to level cap.

Servers are down because of a new patch this issue is listed in the new notes. Try it again when the server is back up

I just did this quest and it didn't work unless I got real close to the vats. Hopefully the patch fixed it for you, if not try getting closer.

Thanks for the help, guys. I did try to abandon the quest and destroy the wood in my inventory (which, well, abandoned the quest...). What worked was what xxxZOSOxxx said, just try to walk into the vats while bashing E until it works... well... turns out you have to be really, really close to it for it to work.

So: if it doesn't work, hug the vat and bash E until it does.
