Immersion Issues

Ok I am not the type of person who posts alot. I mostly just read the forums and go about my own buisness and try not to get involved but I can not stand it anymore. I want to know where all those people who complained about the _option_ to turn nameplates on or off so much that it was removed have gone to. Then I want to know why those same people have not complained about seeing account names under the guild tab and why is it that when you message someone in your guild it shows up as there account tag and not there character name.
Honestly I could careless about "immersion" and think everyone should be able to play the way they want. If people enjoy and want to turn there name plate option off then that is ok. They have that _CHOICE_! Even if they want to pretend they are there character and talk funny. No problem! If it is fun for them than cool good for them. That being said, I am a old school mmo player. Somethings I enjoy myself. I like to know who just ran past me or helped me kill some monster with out having to try and get Line of Site on them.
I would even be more understanding if the feature had not been implemented previously and worked fine. It would be different if ZOS never had the feature from the start but to remove it because some people do not feel like they are one with there char is ... Thats why it should have the ON and OFF switch.
