The patch notes for v. 1.06 say that this quest is fixed, but it is not. Zariya spawns when you first approach and you can start talking to her. If another player also starts talking to her she disappears and does not respawn... al all. There are many players standing here for the last half hour. Why can your programmers not actually fix this stuff?! And yes, I have made several in-game bug reports about this quest over the last three weeks...
