Bots or scripts or what?

I would like to draw an attention of technical support to the frequent violations of the user agreement. Some people use bots or scripts/macros or smth to automatically gather resources at the spots (resourse nodes).
At the same time, recovery rate of this spots is very high. This is unacceptable and seriously violates the game balance, allowing non-legit players and goldsellers to receive an advantage over honest players.
With my big friend netch I could kill one (AoE hits), but after a few minutes he was back in place.
I think TESO is a top class MMORPG with P2P model and I am sure that support will not disregard such intsendent, defending interests of legit players, who pay their subscription fee.
In all cases of violations I made an appeal with in-game support, but I think this problem is very serious and should be resolved ASAP.
