Now I get these horrible "not authorized computer" things again. Have to get a code in my email WHICH NEVER gets there.
Horrible system, please let us choose ourselves if we want this security thing or not on our account!? My password is enough for me.

Complete pain in the butt to have to log on to email--which I don't use much on my gaming machine--and wait for it to come in since I haven't downloaded it for days on that machine and some of my accounts are pop.
Needs an option to turn it off, or some better method. This is presumptious on ZOS's part to assume that I have email handy on my gaming computer.This message confirms that you have successfully cancelled your subscription to The Elder Scrolls Online. Hyperventilate✭✭✭Do you have a dynamic IP address? If so, your IP would be different every time you connected to anything.
I've had to input the code once and that was when they first implemented this. I have a static IP, so my IP doesn't change. If yours does... that's the nature of the beast.1 -

✭Most home users are going to have dynamic IPs. Mine does change when the router is reset, or the ISP renews the DHCP lease.
I've had to do it 6 or 7 times.
Logging on from a different IP Address shouldn't be the determining factor here. Most MMO's don't do this kind of check. At the very least they should provide a PIN to input in such situations.

✭Kind of glad they have the system in place. Otherwise this board would be flooded with "I WAS HACKED" posts.
