Dear Support, how many month I should wait, how many tickets I should send to change my userID ???

Dear Support,

What about my tickets:
[Incident: 140325-000652]
[Incident: 140403-006560]
I know, my english is poor but what is complicated with my request:
I want to change my userID.
I send two requests, [140325-000652] 25-March-2014 and [Incident: 140403-006560] 6-April-2014 .

and what happend? Nothing happend, agoto is still agoto.

Do u have more verification questions? Do u need name of my wife or daughters maybe?

I've been very patient but I am not Jesus. Should I cancel my 6 month subscription and say "bye bye"? Support what is going on? There is support in ESO?

    Hey @agoto ,

    let them call you. I tried to let them change my ID for weeks, same probs with the mails. They called me the same day I ask for it, right before Easter, and the ID was changed the Wednesday after. Even spelled right. ;)
    And don't be alarmed, it may be they will ask for the answer of your security question, though my mails stated they just need the question itself.

    UserID
    Date of Birth
    Email Address
    Secret Question
    bla bla bla and nothing but they could tell me my security answer in other "incident".

    The security for this game is a joke. Its not a bank vault. I have an easier time to log into my bank account than this game...

    FGS, it a GAME not a BANK!

    It is funny, you can change your name and surname but you cant see your date of birth. Why we cant send ticket to support from https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/users/account ?
    I dont understand it. Maybe I am too old.

    Did you give them a name to change it to? I got it done in less than 24 hours. I gave them two other possible options and they selected one, asked for verification, I replied and it was done. Maybe try asking it to be changed to something in particular.

    They have bigger fish to fry at the moment and frankly this should be at the bottom of their pile.

    Can you play? Is it just that you want it changed? Or is there some issue with agoto? If you can get in and everything works then calm down, there are people still who cannot even play. Your problem isn't even a real problem, just a cosmetic one. Give them time it will get done.
    Basic circle of complaints on ESO Forums:
    1) Users: Fix game/class/bug
    2) Zenimax Online: Brings servers down and fixes issues and deploys patches.
    3) Users: OMG SERVERS ARE DOWN!!!!!
    4) Zenimax Online: Brings servers back up!

    Are you kidding me? I bougth the game. You can see some people with changed id's after less than 24 hour but I am waiting since 25 March. Do you think it is OK? It is not!

    Because before I created beta account I did'nt know it will be public (guild, chat etc) and and several other important reasons.

    I edited my post few minutes ago:

    Because my happiness was premature, I am Zoar but only in the forum. In Tamriel I still have old userID.
    Thanks to forum admin however more important for me is my ID in game.
