Sounds problems when playing ESO

Hey guys,
I'm experiencing strange sound issues when I play ESO and play music. I play in FS Windowed mode, and noticed that when i play music on grooveshark or pandora, i get a lot of crackle sounds in my headphones. As soon as u click away from the ESO client, and bring my browser into focus, it stops crackling. I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this problem? If so, have you found a fix?
