[Bug] Stuck on loading screen 100% of the time

If I enter my Home campaign for Cyrodiil and use a wayshrine out of there and I queue again, I will ALWAYS get stuck on the loading screen for Cyrodiil. Doesn't matter if it's right after I get out of there and queue again or if it's several hours later. Once I get out of Cyrodiil and I queue up for my Home Campaign, it will NEVER work again. Once I get out of Cyrodiil I am forced to relog.
