I'm assuming that it's due to my OS being W8.0 x64.
As soon as I start the game from RadeonPro, it turns back to French and I lose all addons.
I do not see any difference between SweetFX on and off, although the text on character names looks a bit different, so I assume FXAA is working.
I use Windows 8.1 on a Radeon R9 280 Dual-X 3GB
If you have any suggestions, let me know.

Click the piece of paper icon with a plus sign on it located two icons to the left of the gears icon. (See above). Browse to the directory where your eso.exe file is and double click the game's executable. On my PC, this is "D:\Programs\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client\eso.exe".
I keep fog on slightly though. Things in the background shouldnt be crystal clear.
