Interface Settings resetting

I've changed my Indicator setting for Group Members, Resurrectable Players, and Followers to off.

Every time I load back into the game they are reset to On. Is this normal?

Is it reset for same character? because I know sometimes when I switch characters it does not remember my setting

It is reset for the same character. I can jump into the game on a fresh start up. Change the settings on the character to OFF. Exit the game and restart immediately and the settings are reset to ON.

I've tested this with no addons enabled. Every single time I exit the game and restart it the indicator settings reset.

Above the Indicator settings are the Healthbars settings. I can change those and they do not reset on restart.

Hello @enigmatic_cipherb14_ESO,

Do you make sure to run the game as administrator (by right clicking the launcher and select "Run as Administrator)?

Maybe the settings file is not updated correctly because the game does not have the right to save the settings in the folder they are stored.

Can you try this / Tell us if you are already using the admin mode?

I run it as the admin.

So what you are stating is the game cannot update the settings file and that is why I keep getting the indicators reset?

Yet, it can update the Healthbars settings (under the same menu) and it can keep track of the Glow indicators with no issue. It can update the Alliance Indicators drop down menu and save the Quest Givers indicator.

It cannot keep Group Members, Resurrectable Players, and Followers set to OFF.

As far as your Forum Code of Conduct...you can't bump. You can't repost the same topic...so if you don't get an answer to your question you are out of luck. Sorry no one can help. That's simply not acceptable from a company I am paying money to. Especially when it involves the base game and the settings. The ONLY reason you've replied to this is because it was bumped.

I have this same problem! Does someone know way to fix it? I also run game as in admin, and all folder properties are checked. It reset my soulbar, indicator setting and healthbar settings everytime i quit.

For me, it's the quest giver indicators ( on the map and in the game) that insists on being on, despite setting them to off.
