Daggerfall Containers (bug?)

All Daggerfall containers are empty. Reloaded UI and exited game and re-logged, but no effect. Is this a bug ?

More likely a ninja countermeasure to relog farming. Measure which, typically, punishes casual player far more than exploiter whose stocks of style books just jumped in value...
