Hi all,
I'll be the first one to call out Zenimax' HORRIBLE "customer service" (if you can call it that), and yes, there are a lot of in-game bugs still to be worked out. I can't stand the Cyrodiil loading screen of death, in particular, and how my alts get auto-assigned campaigns upon creation, screwing up my PvP by locking out legitimate campaign choices.... However, the game is still in its infancy, which is hard to remember since it's so damn fun!
I haven't had this much fun playing an MMORPG since DAoC. The classes are great, the races are great, the quests are great, IF I can get into Cyrodiil, the PvP is amazing (really second to none right now), the graphics are also the best I've seen in an MMO, the crafting is fun....
I know these evaluations are purely subjective, but my guild feels the same way I do, and I hope this game keeps on keeping on and keeps improving. Kudos, Zenimax.
But please, Zenimax, get your CS house in order. It's so bad right now, it's bordering on insulting.

ZeBlade✭✭Wel for me they answer back fast. Seem like they really want to help. My only fault with them is the bots. They told me give them two more days yet nothing has been done. Yes they ban fast yet the bots come back just as fast.
I know its not easy and they are working on it. I really wish more people would STAND UP and say something. That then comes 1st place and they work harder. -
Agree, love the game, hate the CS and as a software engineer the lack of testing and what seems to me as a rush to deliver a buggy product (bugs reported in betas were not fixed)

iaintoff✭✭✭I un subbed after few days due to frustrations but come to realise I love the game and am prepared to give it more time, there is just something about the damn thing, despite the frustrating bugs, bots and no dam aspects runes mofos, which I think will be addressed in next patch..

The Bots are easily startled, but they will soon be back, and in greater numbers. Besides, everyone knows that Bots always ride single file to hide their numbers... obvious Star Wars pun.My only fault with them is the bots. AzraelJP✭Yeah man. This games is ***king awesome. Although it has a lot of bugs and issues to be resolved, for me it is the most entertaining mmo that I have already played. I love the elder scrolls series since Arena, and ESO is still an Elder Scrolls game not like the single player ones but it is still a blast of a game.
I hope that ZOS fix all the issues, and in my opnion they are trying to do a good job but not the CS.
