Account based veteran ranks

I'm hearing a lot of people say that grinding veteran ranks is a tedious task, and I hear other people say that, the further you go into the depths of the veteran overworld, the less people you meet. I'm going to be honest, my highest level character is level 30 as I write this, so feel free to give some input.
Now, if veteran ranks are really so boring, why not make veteran ranks based on the account so you can switch character while leveling to make things more interesting?
Let's say you hit the level cap with a character, and an other character is already on a VR. your newly capped character should now be able to earn veteran points to throw on that big pile you already have, making you have an easier time on VR content that you have already done.
I'd love your opinions, insights and thoughts.

I'm sorry but this must be the stupidest idea I've ever heared of ...
Grinding experience is literaly the same on veteran levels as it's on normal levels ... The only difference in this proposal would be that you do as much work with other character as you'd do with your veteran one , but earn several hundread times less experience (quests have the same lenght, just give you more in veteran ranks since you need alot more to move onto another level)...
and also.. if you are trying to find way for others how to avoid seemingly infinite grind.. please just stop... some of us went all the way up to v10 w/o using a single exploit, no farming, just questing and I certainly wouldn't like to see others to get that somehow for free... im already pissed off on zos that they didn't do something about 3rd party programs, botting, exploting and *** of bugs PRIOR to launch , but I guess that might be just me..0 -
Rofaka✭✭✭It's not about avoiding the grind, it's about not wanting to do it for every character you have. I you went all the way to VR10, that's great, I can respect that, and I want to get there myself as well. I want to play all my characters. Play, not grind.
I don't know where the exploit rant came from, but it has nothing to do with this...0
