Issue in Character Creator

During character creation you some how manage to close the the choice "play escape from coldharbour prison" or "go straight to tamriel starting zone"
and click create and loose connection
The following happens
1. You character does not appear in the list during character selection, So you cannot play it
2. Unknown error , The character name is taken
3. You cannot delete the character since it is not in the list on the right.
4. A character slot is taken and you are limited to 7 playable character slots (Not tested - I need to clarify)
