FIX group dungeons now! send tickets but no use

So for some reason i am unable to get the quests inside several group dungeons. While everyone around me always is able to do so. I have send tickets with no use. All i get is relog/reload ui tips that dont do ***. I have had this issue for over 2 weeks now.
As of now i am missing 6 group dungeon quests and i have not yet cheked 2 of the 3 lvl 40 group dungeons.
here is the current list
-vollenfell
-city of ash
-crypt of hearts
-tempest island
-banished cells (i had the quest until the recent patch, now it is gone and i cant get it back)
-blessed crucible
direfrost keep was on that list until a recent patch. I hope you get those others fixed very soon. I really want those skill points and i dont feel like paying 14 euro a month for a game where i cant do such crucial quests.
