what exactly am i supposed to do about these people when my ignore list is full ?

why is there a cap on the ignore list ?

why is there not a SYSTEM person in game like there was yesterday banning bots ?

i have stopped playing for now as i am not willing to sacrifice the chat window and the mmo part of this title ..... after all , THAT is the bit we PAY for ,,,

I have 11 days of play time left .... if there is not some large improvements , you will not get anymore money from me , my sub has been cancelled , it is bitterly disappointing , and i feel i wasted 70 pounds on the game , at no point in the beta was there any signs it would be this bad , and from playing in beta , i almost feel like the game was mis represented , and i was almost mis-sold the game ...... if i had been warned you have no security and take no action against this kind of scum , then i along with thousands of others, WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED THIS TITLE IN THE FIRST PLACE !

    -you show me you have made real progress with the issues we are concerned about , and i might consider coming back ,

    what i really find interesting about all this , is that if you have an in game issue , and you have to deal with customer services , you get an email servey to see how your service was , i wonder why there is no such survey when you cancel your sub .....

    scared of hearing the truth ZOS ?
