Shades of Green, cannot continue mission

Aldmeri Dominion, Greenshade, Shades of Green

The direction on this mission is : Drive the Undead from Driladan Pass. However, when I got there, there were no further directions, not even an arrow. I know there are two caves underground, and I have to kill the monsters in those caves, but after I did that, the mission direction did not update. I'm completely stacked on this mission.

This is not a common problem. But once I'm trapped, there is no way to get rid of it. So far I tried "abandon the mission", /reloadui, and logout, but none of them worked. Please help.

I'm having the same issue too! I've tried the usual workarounds, as stated above, and nothing works.

I had thesameproblem,its not a bug kinda... You just have tostart another quest first and complete it before u can do that one. The quest giver is at the northern exit of the city right outside by the soldier npcs he might not have a blue quest arrow above him so chat with all npcs u see there and start the quest

I'm totally necroing this thread now since I'm at this quest right now, and like with my other 2 characters which have done it ages ago, I don't know AGAIN how to continue at that Driladan Pass to drive the undead away.

I see this was answered here in this thread, but solving quests should work without checking on the internet first.
There's a similar thing in Grahtwood where you have to get that mantle, but you ONLY can actually get it when you take another quest nearby.
I'm not a clairvoyant.

In order to complete this step you need to complete the quest "Retaking the Pass" which I found out today, hope this helps others that get stuck on this step
