Quick question about this 'Log in' issue. (Fixed: Read 2nd Post)

Hey guys, i apologize in advance if earlier on there was a fair amount of these posts, just got back from work around 11pm so i thought i'd come on, i've got the Log In issue thats been mentioned on the sites support section.

There's a bit of a problem though, in the post about this error it was mentioned:

"Players that have not yet applied their Game Registration Code to their account and selected a subscription plan will receive the "Your login information was incorrect" error when attempting to log into the game. As of 5:00 p.m. EST (11:00 CEST) on 4/6/14, it is now required that all players have their Game Registration Code applied and a subscription plan selected."


However upon looking over at my account details everything is in order:

Game Time Remaining

You have 8 days of game time remaining.

Billing Date

You will be billed on May 4, 2014 for £8.99


My user ID is: Cogglesz
it still says so on my account page (although my forum name is related to my email for some reason) I'm just wondering, is this something i should wait out or should i get in contact with support? i'm just a bit confused over the statement, i put my codes in on release date when my physical imperial edition arrived.

Once again, apologies if i'm missing some piece of information that was mentioned earlier on and thanks for having a read.

    Well i just solved the problem:

    If you've ever downloaded the PTS during beta or otherwise and the folder remained within you're game files (even though it wasn't enabled) it seems to download the 5gb patch for Craglorn and then messes up the authentication somehow when you go on to the regular server, after deleting the PTS folder in my game files i was able to get logged back in. Perhaps this is something that can be added to that original support post with the log in issues.
