    Yea it's worrying not sure if I've been hacked or what's going on, hope some support see's this. Because it's like 3 different things are happening.

    I didn't get suspended or anything like that, but I can't log into my account neither. I get the "Your account information is incorrect, please try again." message too. I tried resetting my password, and it didn't work.

    That's one of the problems, I can't log into my account in internet explorer. I says my account has been suspended. I can't imagine i did anything wrong in game, hell I was only in game for 5 mins or so before i got booted initially. My character is in Coldharbour, and looking around the forums there is apparently some issues going on atm with rollbacks and whatnot in coldharbour. But what is it saying on the site my account is suspended?, still no word back from support :(

    They have some major issue with their database I assume because I am having weird issues too. I tried to login today, WITH THE SAME PASSWORD I have been using since beta and it said it was invalid. I went to the account website, which autologged me in, logged and and tried logging into that, and it did not work either. I never changed my password, never got an email saying it was changed.

    I had to do the forgot password option, made a new password and logged in just fine after that with the new password. It is like they just dumped my password or something.

    I rule out my account being compromised because I logged in to verify all my stuff was still there, and my character was in the same spot as when I logged out last.

    Not being able to log into a banned account page is ridiculous. That needs to be changed or they are going to have a lot of angry people making accusations and complaints to their credit card company.

    You keep my credit info and don't give me access to it and there's going to be trouble.

    OP's case sounds like a system glitch then. I've seen plenty of similar posts about "I got booted and now I can't log in" that seem to magically fix themselves some time later. If it doesn't seem to clear itself up then probably best to drop CS a note at:

    I hadn't seen the 'no game time' message in those threads yet and was curious.

    Someone said in another thread that it has to do with a file in your PTS folder that was disabled after beta, but somehow got reenabled with the 5gb patch today. He said to delete your PTS folder, and redownload the files to fix it. Doing it now, so we'll see how it turns out.

    Can't see it fixing my issue unfortunately. I tried resetting my password, still won't let me gain access to my account using chrome, says suspended. Have absolutely no idea what the hell for, haven't done anything. I do have PTS files, but that wouldn't be stopping me accessing my account.

    Yeah your issue seems like only CS can fix it. Best of luck bud!
