I decided to thank the customer support personnel publicly also to cheer them up amidst the understandably negative feelings that have been stirred by exploiters and botters.
I had a problem with my Explorer's Pack earlier. I deleted it by accident weeks ago. But within 10 minutes of creating a ticket on the website today, I had a response in my email inbox. While I could not respond to the email correctly due to their address being on some spamhaus block list, I could create another ticket with my original incident number in the message as well as the answer to my secret question, which they requested.
In another 10 minutes, I had a replacement Explorer's Pack in my in-game mail, and soon after, a confirmation of this in my email.
All in all, this whole episode probably took around 20-25 minutes of real time. I am grateful. Thanks.
