Hello everyone, upon browsing the customer service forums, I have come to the conclusion that the majority of peoples issues are poorly documented, worded and structured. I have created the following simple template for submitting your concerns. Feel free to use it!
Title Examples:
[BUG] - Description/Situation - Date - (Open/Closed)
[COMPLAINT] - Description/Situation - Date - (Open/Closed)
[ISSUE] - Description/Situation - Date - (Open/Closed)
Details/Description:
Please include a description of the current issue/complaint/bug in this section, try to be as clear as possible and refrain from opinions or personal conjecture in this area. Stick to the facts and reasons. Ex: I was fighting spiders, and then I feel through the ground. I experiences this 5 other times, in zone X, location Y on dates Z.
Documentation:
Please include any screenshots, documentation you may have to reinforce the above description you have provided.
Personal Statement:
Please include a brief personal statement if you feel inclined to do so. (This bug sucks, game breaker, etc). The bigger this section is, the less likely anyone will read it.
Resolution:
Please provide your expectations on a resolution that you would find acceptable. (Please investigate, take back to developers, etc)
