Email Change issue

So I sent an email change request a while ago, I finally heard back and went to email them the info they requested sadly gmail is acting up and wont deliver said message....

So Can a gm or a mod or some one contact me via your website so I can send you the information so I can get an email change.

Ps. No offense but the fact that I have to ask you if I can change is a joke, this little issue should be resolved, we should be able to do it ourselves via the account management page.

    Reply to support emails is broken for all users for past 3 days (approaching 4 days). We're waiting on a fix.

    I know right we shouldn't have to ask a gm, we should be able to do this on our own when ever we want via the account management page lol. It took weeks for me to hear back, and I'm still waiting on a change for it even though zos messaged me here.

    Interestingly enough after I heard the email system was experiencing problems, I open a ticket for phone support, I mean lets be real for a minute changing your email routinely should be done when your playing mmo's ( changing the email associated with that w/e mmo ) I doubt I'll hear back from phone support.

    Which is why I sent them the information they require for the email change when I requested it the second time. So hopefully lol that expedites the process, I would suggest you try the same thing maybe you'll be luckier than I've been :pensive:

    @ZOS_JasonL I'm sorry I know it seems like I'm impatient but since you replied very quickly to my initial posting would it be possible to some how resolve this today? Security is a huge issue for me, and changing my email would give me some piece of mind.. ( please note I asked for this weeks ago ) :)

    Um, my original post here has that little "We have contacted our Customer support team to help you solve your issue." flag on the bottom of it, yet I haven't heard anything from Customer Support via email, phone, postman, letter in a bottle, carrier pigeon, magical owl, or any other method of communication.

    I'm sorry, I know your CS team is very busy (though I have serious doubts at this point as to their ability to perform their jobs in any useful or effective way), but this whole email change thing is important, and I really don't appreciate being dismissed - which is what this feels like.

    Don't flag my post that you have Contacted CS on my behalf if you have not, and if you have, can someone please light a fire under their arses??? The email address I used for my ESO account signup has been compromised. Everything else in my life associated with that email has been changed, except for my ESO account. And since my email address is so painfully and tightly linked to my ESO account and security, this issue is keeping me from closing this compromised email account.

    I don't know why your devs chose not to allow email changes in the first place - seems like a rather lazy solution for security concerns, but the bottom line is it's extremely problematic. And it really should not be that hard to change an email address, whether you let me do it myself, or someone at ESO does it for me. At this point I don't really care which, I'd just like to get it done.
