Can not attack, sprint, crouch or mount with my character

Hi,
I have had this problem since yesterday and was hoping that either logging for the night or the maintenance would fix it.
I can't attack, sprint, crouch or mount with my character. The actionbars are all greyed out.
When I'm trying to attack, my character does half of the bow animation then stops in the middle getting stuck drawing the string back but not actually shooting the arrow.
My character is able to move, teleport between wayshrines, enter Cyrodiil and I have done it plenty of times hoping it would resolve the issue but still nothing.
I have tried the following:
1. /reloadui
2. Logged out of the game for the whole night, been also testing every 30 minutes but to no avail.
3. Disabled all my addons.
4. /stuck command to force death.
5. Press ESC x2, opened up mail, enabled mouse cursor and then disabling it again in case it got stuck there.
I made a ticket earlier and the support told me to log out for 15 minutes and try again. Seeing as EU just had maintenance and I have had this problem since yesterday, that suggestion was kinda silly.
When trying to reply, I am getting failure on the Mail Delivery System with an SMTP error code.
Does anyone have any ideas what to do?
P.S. My other characters are fine, it's just this one specific character that just happens to be my main.

bugulu✭✭✭This issue has been resolved but will update it if anyone else has similar problems.
Entering Cyrodiil over and over again solved this issue. Couple of hours later
I got a reply from the Customer Service telling me to respec all my skills again by the shrine in Mournhold (Ebonheart Pact) and they would reimburse me the money.
So that's maybe something that you could try if you encounter this bug.0 -
What do you do and you were unable to do all the things that you describe?Suddenly happened?or while you doing a quest or pvp in Cyrodiil?0 -
bugulu✭✭✭I think it happened when I teleported out from Cyrodiil using the wayshrine to Davon's Watch.
And yes, all those things happened at the same time... I could gather materials fine though.0
