"Rally Cry" quest bugged - cannot progress to final zones (EP)

The faction I play is Ebonheart Pact. Last week, while in Glenumbra leveling, the quest "Rally Cry" bugged out, and I could not complete it. I am VR5 now, and I still cannot complete the quest.

Any day now Zenimax. This quest has been bugged for weeks. The only things you guys seem to fix are bugged quests and dupes.

Been trying for days, no luck.

Many people trying to chat Shaza up to no avail.
Many people trying to bring werewolves to her, she fights, then stands deaf and dumb as a wall.

Have put in a few tickets on this, but nothing near all the times I've traveled there to try yet again in futility.

Has been going on since at least the second, if not BETA with no fix in sight.

As posted above. This was started on the 2nd.


edit: Went back a couple of more times, and although I was unable to progress my quest with Shaza, I started following her when she was actually moveing around against the mobs of werewolves. I got the "Quest Completed" and was able to move on while actually skipping her conversation to start "Rally Cry".

Try and follow her, even if at the end, and stand by her when she finishes.

Hail,

I had the bug once and was able to progress. Here is how I did it:

• a) I logged out/quit for a few minutes
• b) When I logged back in the quest had been automatically restarted
• c) I stayed very close to Shaza especially when she calls out "Hold the line" and about 6 werewolves charge. If you succeed in staying close enough, she then proceeds to the next enemy, until you succeed. Otherwise, she stops moving and cannot be spoken to.

I presume you can just abandon the quest and start anew instead.

ps @Empress_Vamp : you are right that it does not appear on the map.

Thank you, Baraz. I came here looking for help with that bug because it was driving me nuts. After reading your post, was able to get it done with no problems. The key for me was staying right on her heels and not even stopping to loot fallen werewolves.
