Game keeps crashing in Stonefalls!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So i've been trying to get this fixed all day and still no luck with Support where is the help you should get when you pay to play a game that you cant play. Before any one asks yes i've tryed every thing Support always says to do and then some also i have 2 other Chars and i can log in to them with out any problems. Would love to see my Char move to a safe place so i can log in to it and play.
