CSR Didnt help, maybe a player can. Hircines Gift

I am on the Hircines Gift quest, for the second time, I was one of the first werewolves, and had myself cured. Had a player use bloodmoon so I could return to the pack, no issues. Got the quest from the ritual site, sent me into The Great Hunt, Hircine tells me to go kill something fantastic. The pack master does his thing, we both shift...... and nothing. I didn't get my werewolf abilities to kill a troll with, I can block, but I cant light attack, heavy attack, or bash. I have tried dying, I have tried leaving and re-entering, I have tried reclogging, I have tried closing the client completely, waiting and hour and coming back, I have tried dropping the quest and picking it up again, nothing is helping, and seeing as the CSR that got my ticket didn't bother to read that I tried all this, he just told me to drop the quest and take it again, and with a self satisfied "You're welcome for the help" marked my ticket as solved.

Anyone else had this problem? anyone got a solution? As a point, this isn't the same problem as werewolf glitching into kneel position, and it isn't the same as the "Press K or Esc to break the inability to attack bug"

Yes i am having this same problem, it appears to be tethered to the "bit an ally" or recent CURE, i think there is a cooldown on how often you can re do the quests because people were apparently spamming the cures for exploited xp, ive got 7 days on my debuff, and 1 day until "bit an ally" leaves, ill try this weekend, see if that does anything, but i would like to know if there really is a cooldown on how often you can repeat that quest, it was in patch 1.05 where they said they fixed and issues where people were turning in cures for xp over and ov er, but they didnt say how, and based on this i assume they added a time out to redoing the quest
