Vet spindleclutch group breaking bug

Is this a known bug we had just downed the ghost boss in there and wiped on a trash group just after but to our surprise no 1 could res it just hung up in (waiting for combat to finish) in the end we had to abandon quest and leave the group so as we got sent out of the dungeon.

Happened to us as well. We died on the second boss, noone is able to res.

Edit: Entering Cyrodill and reentering Spindle can be used *** a workaround.
