Transfer failed -> Cannot logout during fight message ?!

Hello,
today I got for the first time the message "transfer failed" when I tried to port using a wayshrine.
So far so good, some people in the chat said, that relogging will help. So I relogged and then the port worked.
However, since this message every time I login I became the message "you cannot logout during fight" after my first spell or attack with a destruction staff. But I don't try to logout. I've just logged in.
It is no big deal, but I think this is a bug.. and annoying. But I must say, this message appears only in the first attack after I logged out to the char screen and then login back. If I completely logout to password screen and then relogg this message does not appear after the first attack. But when I go to the char screen and then back to the game this happens 100% every time. -.-
