    Resolving exploiters is equally important imho and I wholeheartedly believe that these two cases are handled by separate teams within Zenimax, therefore, they can run concurrently...

    Wow ..... I almost forgot to log back in and cancel my subscription.

    Personally i just had to contact support on one occasion and got only 6-7 mails with totally incoherent answers - more or less irrelevant for the question i had. I read a lot of complains on customer support. Problems are more of structural nature and its not like one support guy screwed something.
    There is huge difference between great game and great product.
    ZOS should understand clearly that players ( me as well) are addicts. If you guys will not deliver in short period of time we will start looking for another poison :smile:
