Looking for customer support! Ban appeal! (Round two)

So.. here is my story with links below.

I was banned wrongly, then unbanned, and have now been banned again. Rather than post the entire story, I shall leave the links below for you to see at your own discretion as the negligence shown by ESO Customer support is astounding and beyond the pale.

As you can see below, others have experienced this and I find the help from customer support to be very limited. However, I ask a customer support staff member to please take a look at this and submit a ticket for me as the ones I submit are apparently ignored.

I posted in your previous thread. I was banned, unbanned, and banned again as well. I've also met other people who have been banned twice since then.
I sent in tickets to the other language supports, but that didn't work for me. Instead I made another thread and got a response that way, and I'm now unbanned (again).
I didn't bother posting again to the last thread because the thread was mysteriously no longer bumping to the top.
I would suggest editing your original post to include your ticket number in case a mod decides to help you.

EDIT: This is the level of support ZoS is currently providing, and then we wonder why we are wrongly banned?

I have blacked out his name and I hope he doesn't get in trouble with his superiors, but this is beyond absurd.

    Ban appeals should not be requested via the official forums, which I imagine you've already been told.

    Please go ahead and contact Customer Support by email or telephone.

    Customer Support (Account & Billing) are not responsible for the forums ;)

    However in regards to account bans, I believe that many moderators have closed those down because this is not the area where to discuss these matters.

    However the more you say "Don't post here" it only encourages people to derail your thread on purpose.

    I have submitted yet another ticket and will wait for customer support once again, I am posting here to hopefully gain more attention to this matter.

    It looks like CS is getting some quota for closing tickets, so a few are just closing them without ever responding, or even looking at the issue.

    This keeps the user from being able to appeal through the channels, so that means we have to try here and other places to get past the Bad reps in CS.

    Many were banned with no reason listed, and when they asked why the ticket was closed with no reply.

    When you take folks money, you need to be able to show them where they broke the contract, if you can not do that and do not refund or re open the account, well that is theft.

    Something occurred to me:
    Did anyone who got unjustly banned in the first banwave Not get banned a second time?
    Or did they reban everyone?
    I don't know a lot of people who play, but everyone I know who got banned once got banned a second time.

    So, what was the result OP?
    Waiting with my appeal for 4 days now.
    Not sure what for i was banned aswell, but i got a feeling i was banned for repeatedly using refreshing path to run faster around the world (it was unseen to other players when i was doing this) and getting reports for speedhacking.
