Dear @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom and @ZOS_MattFiror
First, I want to applaud you guys from making an honest effort for making this game. I really love an mmo having a story, and better combat. I want this game to succeed long term, so I'm going to have to gie you guys some tough love. There are many flaws about this game that need to be addressed. First the phasing of this game is terrible. I can hardly group with anyone. Some of the quests can be improved upon or removed entirely. Bugged quests in which you guys ARE fixing. Keep doing what you are doing with goldspamming. The world can be more open. I am going to link you a video of Angry joe because you need to see how this game can be improved upon.

✭I haven't found grouping to be hard to get around, simply all use the travel to player option to travel to the group leader and you will all be in the same instance / phase.
I always do this by right clicking on guild names under the guild rota or friends names under the friends list. Not sure where you find the option for pugs, I presume it's there somewhere. Maybe under group list ?

Thanks @deathly809_ESO. I did not mean to make multiple threads on this, and I did not know if there was a thread already. I just think most of his gripes except the map and horse issue were my gripes, and it needs to be addressed, so thats why I put this in customer support so the developers can maybe answer.deathly809_ESO wrote: »New Player Questions.
